Our Purpose
Enterprise file transfers were once treated as a background IT function—reliable, quiet, and largely invisible. That assumption no longer holds.
Over the years, we have worked closely with a wide range of enterprise file transfer and integration systems, particularly in highly regulated environments such as financial services, healthcare, and large-scale B2B ecosystems. Our exposure has largely been from the user, operations, and governance side—where file transfers are not theoretical workflows, but operational lifelines.
What we consistently observed was a growing disconnect.
While data volumes increased, compliance requirements intensified, and partner ecosystems expanded, file transfer solutions largely remained anchored in legacy design assumptions. Scaling was complex. Audits were painful. Visibility was fragmented. Security was often layered on as an afterthought rather than embedded at the core.
At the same time, file transfers were quietly becoming critical infrastructure—directly tied to revenue realization, regulatory compliance, contractual SLAs, and reputational risk. Missed timelines now mean penalties. Incomplete audit trails mean compliance exposure. A single misrouted file can mean regulatory escalation.
Zapper Edge was started to address this gap—not as a feature upgrade to legacy systems, but as a fundamental rethink of how modern enterprises should move files. Zapper Edge supports secure, audit-ready file transfers for regulated industries such as healthcare and financial services, where compliance and data governance are critical.

Our mission
Our mission is to make enterprise file movement secure by design, operationally simple, and audit-ready by default with high performance and scalability.
We believe file transfers should not require constant operational babysitting, manual reconciliation, or post-facto explanations during audits. They should be predictable, observable, and resilient—quietly doing their job in the background, even as scale and complexity grow.
Our vision
Our vision is to redefine Managed File Transfer (MFT) as a first-class enterprise platform rather than a peripheral tool. In our view, modern MFT must: Scale without introducing operational friction, support compliance as a built-in capability, not an afterthought, and adapt quickly to changing regulatory, security, and business requirements and work seamlessly across multi-party, multi-cloud, and hybrid environments where file transfers are mission-critical workflows just like core applications.
Our Approach to Modern File Transfers
Traditional MFT approaches struggle under this weight because they were not designed for this level of complexity. Many enterprises end up compensating with manual checks, scripts, spreadsheets, and operational workarounds—adding risk instead of reducing it. Hence, File Transfers should be -
Time-critical, where delays translate into financial penalties or SLA breaches
Zero-tolerance, where data loss, duplication, or tampering is unacceptable
Compliance-heavy, governed by regulations that demand traceability, encryption, access controls, and retention policies
Multi-party, involving vendors, partners, internal teams, cloud services, and third-party platforms
