Domain-specific AI solutions
A generic AI template answers generic questions. We build solutions around your own data, workflows and regulatory setting, with the harness controls in place from the first release.
Three solution areas, in education, healthcare and HR, built around your data, your workflows and your regulator.
- Frontier models
- Open-weight models
- Small language models
- Model-agnostic routing
- OCR and layout extraction
- Structured JSON output
- PDF and image intake
- Standard code sets
- Model Context Protocol
- REST APIs
- Background job queues
- Human review screens
The challenge
Most AI pilots start from a generic demo. They work on sample data, then stall when they meet real documents, real approval chains and the rules of a regulated sector. The gap between a clever demo and a system people can rely on is domain knowledge.
Education, healthcare and HR each carry their own records, risks and review habits. A solution that ignores them creates rework, and one that ignores access, privacy and audit creates exposure. Teams need domain-fit software that is governed from day one.
What it does
Education solutions
AI for institutions that mark, teach and report: assisted evaluation of written answers with reviewer override, spoken English practice with feedback, and data reporting that follows a regulator's formats.
Healthcare solutions
AI for clinical and administrative work: reading patient documents, supporting clinical coding against standard code sets, and keeping sensitive records inside controlled environments with a human accountable for every decision.
HR tech solutions
Document-heavy HR operations made manageable: classifying mixed employee document batches, splitting them into individual documents, extracting the fields that matter and verifying them against rules before people review.
How it works
Discover the domain
We start from the real workflow: which systems hold the data, who touches it, what a correct answer looks like, and which rules and regulators apply.
Design with the harness
Access rules, input and output guardrails, model choice and audit are designed into the first build, so governance is part of the architecture and not a later pass.
Build and test
We build the solution in short cycles on representative data, test it against reviewer judgement, and keep a person in the loop wherever a decision carries risk.
Deploy and hand over
The solution runs in your environment, with documentation, an operating runbook and monitoring, so your team can run it, extend it and prove what it did.

Business outcome
Domain fit from the first release. The solution reflects your documents, vocabulary and approval habits, so reviewers recognise their own work and adoption does not depend on retraining the team.
Humans keep the final say. Marks, clinical codes and HR decisions are proposed by the system and confirmed by accountable people, which keeps judgement and responsibility where they belong.
Governed, not bolted on. Policy, guardrails and audit ship with the first version. Compliance and risk teams review a working control set instead of a promise to add one.
Reusable foundations. Connectors, MCP servers and review workflows built for one domain carry over to the next, so each new solution starts further ahead than the last.
Where it is used
- An institution evaluates batches of handwritten answer sheets with assisted marking, then has examiners adjust and finalise every result.
- A hospital group reads referral and discharge documents and prepares clinical code suggestions for a coder to confirm.
- An HR team sorts mixed onboarding document batches into types, extracts key fields and flags mismatches before verification.
Frequently asked questions
Which of the three areas is ready to use today?
Each area builds on working components such as assisted evaluation, clinical document reading and document classification. Scope is agreed per engagement, and we tell you plainly what is a proven pattern and what needs new work.
Do you tie us to one model provider?
No. The work is model-agnostic. Frontier, open-weight or small models are chosen per task through the Model routing harness and can be changed without rebuilding the solution.
Where does the solution run?
Inside your own tenant or environment wherever feasible, so student, patient and employee data stays under your control. Handover includes documentation and an operating runbook for your team.
